s13 horn button relocation

So here's the deal, I have an '89 coupe and I removed the horn button when I swapped steering wheels. I never used it and didn't think it was necessary. Tried getting inspected and it won't pass till it has a working horn. I asked them if I could just relocate it, and they said that it was fine. I had an extra horn button laying around that I soldered two leads to it and put spiral wire wrap on it to make a tether for the horn button.
My question is, anyone know off hand which lead on the column is for the horn?

I know i just have to ground that line out to make the horn work. Even if you might now the color, is it green?

thanks for any info in advance

The single connector at the bottom of the column.
