S14 SR Wire harness/MAF/ECU issue?

I have a situation with my SR swap that is completely new to me. I bought an SR motor set with harness, the company sent the ECU later. The motor and ECU are Zenki (WC ECU) so I figured I'd make sure I got a Zenki MAF with part number 69F00 to avoid any problems. The company I bought the maf from originally sent me a kouki MAF (69F01) and this was after they had messed up again and sent me an S13 MAF. Funny thing is that before I sold the 69F01 because I figured it was the wrong part I noticed that it plugged into my harness. At the time I didn't think much of it because I dind't know that the 69F00 and 69F01 plugs were different. After I got the 69F00 I noticed that the plug on the harness was wrong and the MAF wouldn't plug in, I got the right plug, rewired the maf after looking at another Zenki harness and fired the car up.

The car idles perfectly at 700 RPM and revs fine, no smoke, no hint of problems. However, when you put a load on the car it's rough, there is a shimmy which I think is coming from the motor and the check engine light comes on intermittently, then I also get a stall when decelerating. It makes full boost and holds it without issue and I dont' notice any smoke from the tailpipe.

My question is, is there any way that Nissan for a very short time used the normal Zenki WC ECU with a Kouki style 69F01 MAF and could that be my problem? OR is there something I'm completely ignorant of that everyone else knows (could easily be the case ).

Some other information:
Taylor Durden did my harness and verified that it was a Zenki harness for me but didn't mention anything strange about the MAF plug or that he changed it. I have also tried changing spark plugs (BKR7E with standard gap) and I tried a different set of coils as well with no change. I also don't think I have any vacuum leaks and I hooked everything up just like I did on a previous (and almost identical) SR swap that did not have any of these issues. Also, my HKS BOV is recirc'd.

All of this combined with the whole strange MAF plug situation leaves me thinking something is up with the MAF. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Edit for being dumb and not reading it all.
Are you sure you dont have a vac leak?

I'm not following what you're saying about the maf because I have I zenki swap done, and I'm using a kouki maf and its fine.

you could also check your o2 sensor they can get weird.

start with the basics g/l
