trim removal

I'm gonna paint my car in a couple of months and I was wondering how do you take off the rubber trim. And are they reusable or do I have to get all new trim and from where do I get this trim?

they may be reusable, as long as you dont rip them into pieces i dont see why they wouldnt be able to be reused. just need to reglue them

if you need new ones, get a jc whitney catalog, they have tons of weather stripping in many different variations, there should be one that fits
