WTB in NJ or PA: Rust-free S13

Looking for an S13 around NJ or PA. Must either be running, or you bring it to me. Must be rust-free, aka frame rails, wheel wells, quarters, floor, etc. Hatch or Coupe doesn't matter, automatic or manual doesn't matter. Paint condition doesn't matter but no body damage. Interior condition doesn't matter, wheels/tires/brakes doesn't matter. Willing to bring own wheels to lower price. Really not looking for a shell or "project", but for a mint car at the right price and a buyer who is willing to deliver, I'll consider it. If it runs, it doesn't need to run perfect, just able to drive. Will NOT pay for any mods that you have done, I will bring any of my own parts to swap in if necessary; that includes suspension, brakes, rims, body, interior, engine parts (intake, exhaust, etc). Mileage doesn't matter either. No headunit or speakers needed either.

Will pay fair market value for the car, but will pay more for a 91+ 5-spd coupe. Basically will spend up to 1500 for what I'm looking for in nice shape, and obviously less for automatics/hatches/single cams, or something that needs work. Cash in hand, can pick up any day except Thursdays if the car is located in Eastern PA, or on weekends if it is in NJ.
