Can't understand my FSM

ok i got my fsm in the other day and im trying to find the problem and i can't understand the fsm can anyone help??

i get the 32,34 for the code knock sensor and exaust thing i have replaced the rotor, cap, spark plugs, and wires and i have put about 3 tanks of the expensive gas through it. What should be my next step??

Also my cruise control doesn't work i have tracked all the lines and i think its the acuator? Does anyone know where i can buy this?? or if there are any junk yards in CO that might have a 95-98 240?? and lastly does anyone know how to make your crusie control come on with out the car moving so i can test to see if the acuator is geting power?
