SR coilpack/coilpack connector not firing??!?

Okay, so I think i've pretty much eliminated that the problem is im not gettin spark, thats why my car aint turnin over. I tried stricking a screwdriver in the coilpack and firing all the of the cylinders(coilpacks). Not a single one had spark, tried on just the outside, and tried on the inside farther in. Now im thinking my coilpacks could be bad, but they were working when i had the engine in my other car? So that leads me to believe the wiring got messed up between the coilpacks and the harness... how do i test the actual plugs where the coilpacks go for electricity ?

One other thing...does the ECU need to be screwed into the bracket for it to work?
