I just got my tein HE in the mail today, and i opened them up and has expected instructions are all in jap lingo. I was wondering if anyone out there could give me a refenrence on about how long it should take to install them? whats a good setting for dialy drivin and driftin on weekends? and so I get something like a adjust. control arm right away to deal with neg. camber issues or let go? or what else can i do to correct it?

first use the search mode up top right. all your q has been aswered there

next, since its important of course go to

www.tein.com

now click on technical info and pick the info you need. that has the english directions

i have tein HE. i ahve anwered all your qs MANY times befoer. search mode will show that

search "Tein HE" of course.

oh yes you WILL DEFINATELY need an alignment after you install them!! no way around that

fi you run into any problems, weird sounds, confusion..whatever...let us know. we'll try and figure it out with you

also be sure to CALL tein and not email them. they suck for email but are super helpful for phone.

oh i suggset set at 8 click in (start hardest, click to softest) front and back and tune to what you liekf rom there. 8 is middle of course.
