Is there anybody in the autobody shop business in the NJ/NY/PA area that can look at my car and give me a signed second opinion letter on the work done to my car?

My car was painted by a bodyshop here in NJ and I am unhappy with the results. I am now disputing the payment with my credit card company and they require this documentation to further resolve this issue. If you are in the area and are willing to help, please email me at [email protected]
