my engine got a slight ticking noise when it runs its a 91 coupe. is this normal or is something gonna go. the ticking gets faster when i rev the engine.

sounds like a valve issue if you step up the oil wieght the sound will go away or quiet down also could be from the A/c clutch or alternator find out where it is coming from in your engine bay

If you are not used to listening to a car closely or with the hood up then the sound of the injectors firing might sound odd to you. The injectors tick in synch with engine speed. take a look and see if it comes from the fuel rail area.

well i put in a fuel system cleaner but it still didn't go away. i can also feel the pedal tick with the sound it ain't really loud and when driving you can't really hear it but i can feel it through the gas pedal.
