s13 Problem Starting

im having problem starting my car. it doesnt want to start up. ive checked the starter and fuel pump and it still doesnt want to start. what wouldbe wrong with it?

Check your ignition switch also, i had a bunch of problems with my car not starting on hot days or whenever it felt like starting. It turned out to be the ign switch

On most s chassis if it doesn't want to turn over, chances are high it is the starter relay or clutch interlock relay.

okay i found out i have a bent valve. i have another motor and im gonna switch the heads. do i need to machine the valves still?

If you already have another complete head and you know its in good condition why would you need to do anything? Just switch them.
