faint ticking

alright i got a question! i fixed my revving problem, been driving around the sr, it runs awesome! the a/f is really good. its completely stock pretty much, stock s14sr with stock WC ecu..

its just sometimes when i go to start it (usually happens on warm start), it sounds like it misfire's or runs on 3 cylinders for a couple seconds, and its really lean when this happens, it happens quite often, but after a couple seconds, or if i rev it, it will kind of fix itself and idle around 14.7-15, idling around 1k with vacuum around -16..

also if i even move the throttle a little bit i will hear a tick, like a solenoid is shutting off or something? and from 2k-2.5k rpms i heard a very faint ticking, it kind of sounds like the timing chain but it almost seems to quiet, maybe its a solenoid clicking for some reason? is VTC rattle loud? i looked up videos on youtube and its very loud compared to what i got
