about boost and peakign??? NEED HELP

Okay so 1bar is about max on a red top sr20det motor. So what if I am runnin like .5 bar and it peaks 1.19 bar or somethign like that. Which would be more then 15psi....is that bad for the motor...when it peaks really high yet my setting is low? Why does it peak? Help me understadn this what is safe and how to do it. And if im runnin a constant bar and it peaks higher then that for a split second is that bad? Let me know someone please thanks.

Also if the car is runnign rich how often are you supposed to change the spark plugs???

Check your wastegate. I'm not sure i understand your post completely. But if you are set at 0.5 Bars, then it shouldn't go higher than that on your boost gauge.

Well my blitz dual boost controler would be set at .5 bar it will record a peak volume of .94 or something....but then it will run at .5 bar rest of the time. Why is there a peak volume? Is that bad? Etc...
