I have just changed my ka24de wireharness and got a distributor from someone with cap and wires , i have set the motor to TDC and all the following steps to getting my timing correct and nothing , i pulled plug#1 with the spark plug and cranked the engine with it touching ground and didnt see any spark . i changed the cap on the distributor ...still nothing . i changed wires .. still no spark.

im thinking maybe the dizzy i got is bad? is there a way for me to check for faulty distributor for s14 ? im sure the coils are internal so idk how i can.
