Never had coilovers before and they loosened up from daily driving and starting to have tire clearance issues from the car bouncing around.I know its not that difficult but i don't want to mess anything up and there site has been under construction for awhile.Can anyone help me on how to adjust these things!!!

what do you mean by loosened up? Didn't they come with a manual?

what do you need to adjust? i'm guessing the spring perches. try being a little more descriptive about what you need corrected and i'm sure you'll get help. also try researching most coilovers adjust the same way. also do you have the spanner wrenches that come with coilovers?

cause you'll need those to properly adjust the perches.

By loosened up i mean there not as stiff.I bought the car with them so i don't have a manual,the car was super solid before like it didn't flex at all and now the car kinda bounces like normal suspension.The way the car sits right now it will not work.I also have some tein wrenches

if the perches didnt loosen up..it was stiff you havent done anything but drive and now there not stiff and kinda bouncy....looks like you may have blown coils..but thats my guess from the way you describe it....rewrite wats going on with your car
