s13 HELP!!!!! Please help me with a 89 240 problem

i have an 89 s13 and i was switching out my gauge cluster and while doing so i accidentally touched my starter cable which made a small spark, after i installed my gauges my car wont turn over, it wont even activate the stereo or the windows as if im not even turning the key. i changed the starter cable and still nothing. i would greatly appreciate any helps or ideas or tips.
p.s i also installed a new short ram intake the day the problems began.

By started cable do you mean starter cable? If so what are you doing messing with that while installing a gauge cluster? Either way it sounds like you burned a fuse...

Disconnect the battery and you wouldn't have had this problem in the first place.

If it was just a fast touch....with a lil spark....then you blew a fuse....if you held it for more then a second then you might of burned up a wire in your ignition...do you have a meter?

1. Main fuse blew....its under the hood in the fuse box....70amp i believe...
