ur opinion on tire/rim set up

hey guys, i got myself another S14 kouki. and it in the process of getting painted right now.
here are the specs.

1997
body.
JDM front bumper
JDM rear bumper
JDM rear spoiler

suspension:
5 lug APR extended studs
front and rear strut tower bars
tanabe pro SS Type II coilovers
Techno tunnig tension rods
techno tunning aluminum subframe collars

Brakes.
300zx BMC
300zx 30mm front brakes
rear altima rotor and z31 caliper braket with S14 caliper
porterfield R4 front pads, hawks hp+ rears.

Engeine.
KA24DE
K&N filter
NGK spark plugs wires
Fidanza flywheel
Exedy OEM clutch.
Nsimo mounts

heres my question, the car is currently on 300zx rims, and its rubbing in the front. the tire is rubbing on the coilover. i put 10mm spacers, and it seems ok now. so i have to get new rims and tires.

my options are mb battles, or 5 zigen FNOR-1c,
i was hoping to go for 18x9.5 +12 on either set. i wanted to run it front and rear same size.....but i was wondering am i going to have to roll my fender and i should be ok with the coilover rubbing issue. right?

also, the JDM rear bumper....how would i go to mount a license on it? it doesnt have the holes for the screws

here are the current pictures.

Haha. I bought the car, paul told me it just needed a new distributor

I helicoiled the distributor sprocket bolt and it fixed the problem.

still have the car.

Edit: Paul id recommend rolling your fenders if you plan on running any wheel larger than stock. It will save you alot of headaches and tires in the future.

depends on what tires size u run, how much camber u want.

no it will not hit ur coilover.

but why wouldn't u want to roll ur fenders? that shit is easy.

well the body shop put bondo on the arc that goes over the wheel. so if i roll it, the bondo is going to crack.

dunno what to tell ya other than....

if u aren't going to roll them...then u either camber ur wheels. get skinnier tires. dont have a low car.

i dunno. maybe even get the 9.5+22 or something.... just buy something and make it work. it isn't hard.

hey dude....why don't you just pay someone to build a car....find a guys car on here...and say. "hey I don't have taste, can you build my ride"

but seriously.....its your car, your asking for our opinion.... I like the spoiler where it's at.....you could move it an inch back and I would also like it.....but if you moved it two inches forward....

ummm....yeah.....i may like it then too. what do YOU think? Look, this is zilvia, we don't like hand feeding people any information....look around the zenki thread, check out the kouki thread, look in the wheel fitment thread, find out what YOUR taste is....and then build your car to your liking.

you can't fail if you like it.....who fucking cares about the world....I have a roller paint job with over 3k worth in wheels....everyone on here would say that's retarded....but I say....i brake kits often when driving...paying to paint my car after everytime I get a new kit....just gets costly....so I rolled my car....it looks great as you can see in my sig......and i'm happy with it...it does what I want.

would I love a baller pearl white paint job....muh fuck yeah I would! but do I have money to spend on paint and body panels while i'm eating up tires and breaking parts....fuck no. lol....i'd rather spend it on something else....but there is the key word....I WOULD RATHER...no one else.

good luck man....find your taste....and go with it! Lets see the pictures after your done!!!!!

and do yourself a favor....throw away those bondoed fenders, buy some metal ones off someone on here that just bought fiberglass....or who knows...maybe you like the fiberglass fenders. I do.

fatboy garage/godspeed on here sells body kits....hit them up.

well mr smarty pants....if you know what you are doing...then why are you asking mounting positions for a spoiler that only has aesthetics?

fyi....i didn't ask you if you built bad ass cars....i said you didn't have taste. there IS a difference. I will stop posting in your thread.

and if you built a car.....figuring out if a wheel will rub...is simple math. building a car requires more math than that...unless you build means paying someone....none the less. enjoy your stay.
