S13 back hub/bearing keeps going out

So the back right hub/bearing was making a lot of noise (humming, kinda like grinding) So I bought 2 rear hubs of someone on here and changed it out.

Yesterday that hub that I changed started making the same noise. So I changed that one out too. Today I'm driving around and I start hearing it again.

What would cause it to keep going out? It's really bugging me.

They aren't overtorqued are they? I know I almost killed a bearing from it being too tight.

I don't think so, but that could possibly be it, because I didn't use a torque wrench.

Another thing, When I went to change it out yesterday, the big 36mm nut was kind of loose on there. So I thought maybe it came loose and backed off and thats why that one got ruined.

But I know I tightened it when I changed it out yesterday, so I'm trying to figure out why it would already be bad again.

Are you sure it's not the brake?

Well I know for sure the hubs are getting ruined. If you jack the car up, the wheel will wobble a little bit. I just don't know what's causing it.
