ran into this problem last week wen i tried putting an s14 rack on my s13..they arent quite the same length..itl work but is not recomended as it puts a LOT of stress on ur outer tie rods

How would you go about making sure it is fully greased? I'm not sure filling from the In/Out ports would fill the whole thing properly would it?

the way it sits you can just move the rack all hte way left or right and the gears are exposed. Just mash grease all over them and run it back and forth and youre good. Also you can take the tension adjuster off and put it in that way.
