Hey does anyone know whats going on over there? I ordered some circuit sport engine and tranny mounts from them and they double charged my card and i cant get ahold of Wayne or Alex over there.. are they still in business or did i get duped? Any help would be nice guys. Thanks

i tried calling, emailing, and no one is on their aim..anybody have a direct number to someone there?

weird, anyway, just keep calling. if they double charged in error they'll reverse one of them. i wouldn't worry too much about it.

Phase 2 has a great rep. I wouldn't worry about it. I'd probably just leave a message and try back tomorrow or so. If it goes on a week with no contact, I'd be calling my bank at that point.

You should be ok... we have an account with them and they have always been a little bit hard to get a hold of. you should try emailing

are you using a debit card or credit card?

usually when you see a double charge on a debit card, one is for the 'authorization' and one is for the actual charge. one SHOULD be pending and will most likely be dropped/refunded back to your account if it's a debit card after a few business days.

if it's on a credit card, don't sweat it, it'll clear itself out after a while.

take it from someone who's been doing online customer service for 5 years, i know.
