Serious issue!

Can't figure what it is other than a fuel issue maybe but when i start the car its shaking intensely, significant power loss and air to fuel is freaking out.If i have the chance to catch it again i'll record it but its pretty much random and is happening more frequently now, please help... 1996 KA24DE
