Ok im alittle confused here.

i was suppose to appear on 3/21/2011 for tint ticket, but i went online and submitted a appearance date showing 8/10/2011 after i missed my court date on 3/21/2011

this is how its shown in the website.

why go to court?? just pay the ticket. unless its a fix-it ticket, take off tints, pay court fees, put tint back on. or don't even take the tint off and pay the full ticket. don't be scared. they just want your money, not your butt.

guess i got no help here. its just a simple question to those who do know..

fyi, courts are really hard to get ahold of, thats why i resort to forums.

anyways ill go else where.

Why not just go straight to the court and find out whats up? They dont answer the phone much because they are too busy helping people in person. How do I know this ? Because I work at one here in San Diego.

Hahahaa california... PA has tint police too.. it's just not my style (because it's obvious to a cop he should pull you over).

failure to appear is 300 bucks

but usually if you eventually show up the judge will dismiss it. but if you never show up there will be a warrant for your arrest and a 1500 fine

actually i called the court the next day.. apprenently missing the first extension date and reapplying to see the judge cancels out "failure to appear"

so im good..

plus i called dmv and they said they dont see any warrant.
