Im very new and this is my first post so bare with me. I need some technical advise. Well I have a sr20det black top recently installed and im just feelin the new motor out. When i give it gas it pulls nicely till i get above 4 or 5 grand in the rpm band. My mods are hybrid front mount intercooler set up and greddy 3 in downpipe. what do i need to get to really open the top end of the the motor up cause if feel so slow. thanks

a bigger turbo is what you need if you want it to pull hard on the top end. or shall i say, a more efficient turbo.

Do you have a complete exhaust done?

Get a free-flow cat/test pipe/resonated test pipe.

If that is done, I'd aim for a T28 turbo, it should provide help, even at 7psi.

Check you timing...baised on what other are saying..it should be balls to the wall to at least 5.5K Only after 6.2 should it rolloff on pull.
