Time has come to see what is out there. I really just need a trade and cash
I plan on moving in August and I need to have a car that has emissions
With that said * THIS CAR HAS ZERO EMISSIONS*

Less than 2% on leak down.

1995 Nissan 240sx
Color: Concord Grey
Small history of the car-
When I first got it, the car had a KA24de in it. Stock front bumper all broken tabs on the headlights, s13 seats, generic wheel and shit. pulled the motor and got a sr20 from a friend out of his s13.
The entire upper harness has been cleaned up and shortened, wrapped in that nice mesh and heat shrunk from a friend. It is also tucked under the intake manifold and Fixed some rust- Relocated the battery to the back.
Didnt even have a ebrake lol There were so many things wrong with this car originally and had tons of missing bolts and random electrical issues. I decided to fix everything since I have owned it and really enjoy this car.

MODIFICATION:
PBM v3 RUCA, v2 Toe arms, and steering angle spacers, drain plug
Stance GR+ Pro coilovers with 8/6 k springs
New z32 inner tie rods, CS outters.
New tie rod boots and a real alignment
Tein Tension rods
NEW: Energy suspension Subframe bushings and Power steering rack bushings
z32 vlsd
Extended front lugs 20mm spacers up front
15mm spacers in the rear
Stock sr radiator with Dual Flex lite fans and shroud.
(4)MB Battles 18x9.5 +15 purchased in October 2010 and brand new tires front and rear
Apexi Safc
Mines ECU
z32 MAF
RSR Downpipe w/ Welded bung
AEM Wideband 02 sensor and gauge.
Megan Short throw shifter.
walbro 255 fuel pump
Kouki S14 pass seat
boost at 10psi
z32 inner tie rods with new boots
q45 Ignitor

3in intake
z32 30mm aluminum front and rear brakes

How bad of an emissions test do you need to pass? visual? sniffer? OBD scan?

I have a highflow cat, the car is reflashed so the emissions always reports it's ready if you OBD scan it, and if I take care of a few things it would have no CEL's and mostly functioning emissions. 800cc injectors, though, so cold starts are kind of gnarly... but I'd expect with a cat back in it it'd pass a sniffer test once it warmed up, and since the ECU's been fucked with it'll pass an OBD check no problem.

Hell, I can take the car into school and put it on a sniffer to see where it's at right now...

96 and older cars dont have to pass emmisions in IL. thats most likely why he removed them.

Doubt that it will pass in california, if it did id just keep the 240.

It does have all emission equipment. Not sure what you think is missing. No cel either.

either way, I dont really like mr2's and since you have aftermarket parts (intake exhaust etc) it wont pass tests in California.

Unless someone can correct me I thought when they check cars for emissions if it doesnt look FACTORY it wont pass.

Again, this is the ONLY reason why Im selling the car. Thank you for your interest!
