SR Economix TrackSlut S13 Chassis, S14 SR20DET build

Welcome! Let me start by saying this build will require some time as I'm a grown-ass man who has an awesome job that keeps me traveling the globe just about every week and a super hot wife, both of which require a lot of my time. *If you dislike what you see, save the comments for your mirror and kiss my ass, this is my documentary, kick rocks.

However, I'm stoked to be building my Track Slut, strictly to beat on whenever I feel. My DD is a Lincoln LS w the V8, so she keeps me pretty happy...but a man still needs his toys.

Whenever possibly, I will buy parts from other Zilvia members - just keeping it in the family and I will make sure those members get their due respects! So if you have parts I may need at the time, please let me know, we'll strike a deal and I'll even blast you some love (that's what she said).

Story:
I bought this car while in college (GO PENN STATE!) from a kid in Virginia in 2002, so the underbody is really clean albeit OLD - 1989 chassis. I was planning on doing the SR swap on a college kids budget at the time - which is nearly impossibly without being even more broke. As I drove home from classes one day, I threw a rod out of the side of the KA24E block which forced me to move on to the SR swap a bit sooner than anticipated.

Got an S14 SR on....eBay...YES, I now know this is a horrible idea for the most part. The MAF was wrong, no igniter w the harness, other small issues. I had Yury at WiringSpecialties.com merge the S14 wiring harness with the S13 Chassis Harness. Got it all installed and it fired! Buuuut, it did the good old 2,500 RPM rev bounce, so either the MAF, ECU, or Harness had issues.

RAN OUT OF FUNDING!

So, here we are a few years later, 2011, like 8 years really - damn.... I make good money, own the car still without any changes and am prepared to make her my TRACK SLUT now that I can. Her nickname is "PatchWerx Sil-40" (if you don't like this, start your own damn project).

Please feel free to comment but don' be a dick. Only chicks like dicks, and I'm not a chick.

Enjoy!
