Okay so i havent used my ac or heat in awhile since i havent hooked up my a/c yet and its too hot for heat yet. But ive recently been putting my a/c in and noticed that my climate control unit doesnt switch the air mix door thing. When i move the slide thing from hot to cold and cold to hot i can see the motor not moving. Before, i thought it was the motor so i took it out and ghetto rigged the lever thing to stay open and i can have heat atleast. But i got another motor and installed it but it still doesnt move. I've checked all my fuses already and they're all good. But i dont know what else to do here. Help please?

Check the entire wiring circuit for that motor. See if it's even getting power. Just because your fuses are good doesn't mean there isn't another issue...
