if i were to put a t28 turbo on a engine like the ka24de it would reach 8 psi at X-rpms from the turbo

if i were to put a T04 on the same motor it would reach 8 psi at X-rpms from the Turbo.

would the T04 turbo reach 8 psi at lower rpms from the turbo cause of the bigger compressor? but thats also the reason why it takes so long to spool too.

am i right?
