First off, stop typing with CAPS LOCK ON!!! Its fucking annoying.

Double check your wiring to the starter. Make sure everything is plugged in, then double check your wiring.

check the starter. if you dont know how, take it to autozone or a parts store that can check its proper operation. sounds like its shorted out.

Look for shorts in your harness, easily overlooked
