hey guys i got a few more issues with the car i found. I have a 1991 silvia front end conversion 240sx. the climate control lever below the buttons that change the air from going to different places in the car, isnt working it is stuck on the farthest cold setting. it moves but just stops before it changes to the next setting. does anyone know what is wrong?

Also the front turn signal are loose and dont fall off but wobble when you touch them. how are those connected? does anyone know what might be the problem?
