so yeah, let me kinda explain what's going on!

I use to own a 91 fastback, which got junked a while ago so i had no choice but to buy a 90, cheaper and within my budget..
So I had bought that 90 fastback, did a tune up and replaced some gastkets. STOOPID ME, forgot to do a oil change before i started driving hard on it. so here i go to skipping to the point of this thread!

My motor is now making a loud knocking sound, i popped the hood and felt the valve comver, seems as if it is comming from the lifters or rocker arms. so i took off the valve cover and playyed with the rocker arms, THIS IS WHAT I DISCOVRED:

-there was play in the valvetrain: the metal rod arm shapped piece that sits to the valve stem which is connected to the rocker arms had a little play. only a few of them were loose!(3 or 4 of them) is that normal, and if you guys have any idea of what im talking about, could yuou somehow help me to come to a conclusion to what this problem is!
