hatch with rb20

2 weeks ago i got engine code 11 (cas) so i bought a new cas and put it in. my car started up fine right after that so i drove it to work and back home. parked it outside for 2 hours to do my hood and when i went to start it back up nothing. no sound what so ever and my ecu is showing code 11 again...

so far ive checked all fuses/half of the relays
pulled cas and spun it, i heard the injectors click
pulled starter and had it tested ( checked the starter wires and they were gettin power, big one constant power and small one got power with key turned.)
had battery checked and tried to jump start it
put new ignition switch in
i can hear my fuel pump cut on with the key

what could i be missing?

Is it that hard to at least say what the problem was for anybody with this problem in the future?

Is the battery light on? If so, could be alternator?

Or w/o that maybe the starter went out? Not sure about code 11 tho.
