![]() I drove home the other night and parked my car, woke up the next morning to reverse out of parking stall and it wont go into reverse!? normally i can just put it into second and then reverse or into first and then reverse but its acting like its locked out? 1-5 work great but reverse is non existant. any ideas? id think broken shift fork but isnt 5th and reverse on the same fork?

that didnt work for me, if i roll backwards slowly it will slide right in however. i just played with it tonight and also realised the throwout bearing is making alot of noise, could this be causing my issue? maybe not releasing the tension off from the input shaft fully?

Ah yes, this is what I meant... LOL. If you hold the shifter in the reverse gear area as you SLOWLY let up on the clutch pedal, it should pop into place. I have to do this a few times a month usually...
