newbie 91 240sx hatch

so just bought 2 240s today a 89 coupe with every option, no motor or trans, and a 91 hatch driver for $2700 with any parts i need. so it has no power steering or at least it doesnt work i havent looked close yet, no ac,no heater but the fan works. no back interior, right fender is messed up but he gave me a good one, the left light top is red and the wheel lip is tweeked other than that its a great car. firt off what can i do to reduce the noise inside on the highway its loud as shit pebbles hitting the wheel well and tires hum you hear everything!!!! also are stock struts with lowering springs practical for a daily driver? or should i buy cheapy coilovers. it has a red cam cover not sure if that means anything, it has injen intake, apexi exhaust i think,open diff it has a aftermarket clutch that was $300 he says and its like go and no, theres no in between which is kinda nice. i launched it at 5000rpm to see if it would slip nd it smoked the tire for a good 300ft tell i let off all in all im happy with it but it needs alot of TLC. il get better pics tomorrow and post more as the progress gains. for the coupe its getting a LS1 swap and 6spd this winter after my 72 chevelle is sold il post pics of it too after i get my front end conversion, how much is a silvia front end normally?? im getting mine from a place in lynwood wahsington, the lights are $200,fender are $235/2, and hood i think is $200 from them, is that a good deal? i know freight is gonna kill me so i want to get it all down there when im on vacation cause its the main part of the car that i REALLY want. im tired right now and thinking hard so this is pobly a really mixed up post.
