Power door locks on my s14

I have google searched this but no one seemed o have the exact problem I have
My main problem is that my drivers side door lock will lock with out a problem but when I try to unlock it with either the interior switch or keyless fob it seems to almost but not unlock and I am forced to use my key to unlock the door I saw somewhere that the actuator needs to be tightened? Can anyone give me more information on that? And also my passenger side door will not unlock with my key but will work electronically
Thanks

Problem fixed (it was a little ghetto) but all I had to do was bend the lock rod that goes from the lock knob to the pivot point the knob still doesn't travel as far as it should but it works now. for anyone in this future with the same problem don't just go bending the rod and what not rule out all other problems first make sure the pivot point is lubricated and tight on the door

I was having the same problem. My actuator was taking a dump and i would have to lock and unlock it to make it work or sometimes use the key. I went down to my local junkyard and grabed one out of a G20 from around the same year. Bolted and plugged right in and now no issues whatsoever. Just a little input.
