SR20 harness plug help!

Have the majority of everything plugged in the only thing I haven't is the 3 on the tranny, the starter, and I've plugged the one big one into the alternator. Can anyone identify these plugs/grounds and where they go? I circled them in different colors to make it easier to explain.

As well under my tranny I have 2 plugs like the last picture but only 1 plug on the harness circled in white that will fit either of them. So I'm not sure which one to use.

ur last picture from what i can tell looks like ur reverse lights on ur tranny. i could be wrong

Well there's one plug like that at the front of the tranny, a long one that looks different at about the middle and another one that looks like the first one right near the shifter

if the plug in ur picture is in the middle thats ur reverse light, cause i just finished fixing that on my car, the other ones im not so sure about, though my wiring harness isnt all connected still have a lot of lose wires

Just looked again its maybe 3 inches from the slave cylinder the other 2 are like right on top of each other under the shifter
