Where can I get it and does it cover up the holes that will be there from removing my stock 1997 wing?

If you are talking about the S14 kouki K's wing, then no, it does not cover the stock holes from the SE wing.

It will reuse two of the holes, but not the others. Installation requires a trunk repaint and holes filled.

For an Aspen White s14, it cost me $350 to paint trunk AND wing, and mount spoiler, and that is with a fat hookup.

As far as getting one, they show up frequently on ebay. Watch out for knockoffs though, they are cheaper but painting and mounting are harder. If you can, get a stock JDM one in the same color as your car and pay extra, save yourself the trouble. The holes line up better too.

Jspec also has them but they jack you on prices.
