clean your throttle with carborator cleaner, or clean your maf

and it probably shakes cause of you accident, or just get new motor mounts because yours is probably worn out

it might be a vaccum leak, something might have cracked in the accident. if you can't see anything, try this little test. turn the car on and let it idle, spray some carb cleaner or starting fluid on the vaccum lines and such. if the engine revs there is a hole there. it'll be hard to tell with the idle so off already, but it's worth a shot.

Oh..you may want to check if the MAFS is secure on its stand, too. (i.e. the accident hasn't lodged it so it's flopping around).

My car did the same at idle until I checked the timing and it was way off. Just fix your timing and I have a strong feeling the stubling and shaking will go away.

Go to a mechanic. It is adjusting the distributor to correct degree.
