I tried to install my header yesterday lol i started at like 1 and by 4 oclock i managed to have the heat shield off and the nuts loose from the stock manifold .... i couldn't even get the #### O2 sensor off. Neway, welll i had to go to work so i just bolted everything back up and took it to a shop today and he installed it for like $30. WTF!! i don't c how u people put that thing on urself!! My car is a s14 and there was a 2nd sensor that looked like an O2 sensor that came off of the Transmission. There was not even a whole for this on my header he had to cut a whole and weld in the old threads to install this sensor. Plus, when he installed the header it hung way down and he had to heat the rear section and bend it up to get it to line back up with the cat. I thought this was a direct bold up?? Has neone had this problem?? I heard some bad things about these headers but mostly that they r the best out there for our cars. I can't believe they would forget something like leaving out a whole for that sensor!! And btw, i can feel the hps there is definitely more there but i felt more when i added my CAI. I guess i just expected a little more from the header but im still running on stock exhaust so im sure that is killing me some. WHAT YA'LL THINK ABOUT IT?<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> TIN
