how can i remove the retainer clips without breaking them? broke both on my parts(practice) car lol cant do that on my good s14

take a screwdriver, put it in the same way as the sun visor would clip in. wiggle it back and forth with increasing pressure till it pops off. no broken clips, thanks for the responses guys.
