I am running 4 psi on my kat and am wondering what plugs I should go with and what gap they should be.

Nice response, idiot. Anyway, I'd definetely go with a higher heat range. www.pdm-racing.com sells Iridium NGK plugs with a heat range of 9 I believe? I'd go with those. Oh yeah, higher heat range =colder plug.

you dont really need colder plugs at 4psi. benefits would be minimal, but if you wanna spend extra cash, god bless.

Thanks for the responses, I am hoping to be at 7psi by the end of next month. The reason why I am asking this is becouse on my 300tt I noticed that if I used the right plugs and the proper gapping I could dramatically improve the amount of power my car put out. I was wondering if the same held true for out vehicles with turbos.

hahaha! sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes, you... whatever. Look into some Iridium plugs. You can get Densos one for a good price, somewhere around 40-50 for 4 I believe. They do cost a little more, but last longer, and are better. The cost is offset by not having to change your plugs so often. If you do a research on plugs, you'll see why the Iridium plugs are the way to go. NGK also makes very nice Iridium plugs, in different ranges, but they are more expensive. If you have to absolutely be cheap, buy regular NGK plugs, and stay away from the Bosch plugs. But for such a little price, I wouldn't.

Don't waiste money on iridium spark plugs, they foul out pretty easy. we use NGK 7 series plugs at JGY Customs, on almost all of our of cars/installs. We even use the 7 series on our Sentra Se-r Drag car.

To each his own. The NGK plugs are really nice and well designed. I personally like the Iridium plugs, and have not had them foul on me. My NGKs seem to foul pretty quick actually, so whatever. I usually check my plugs every 10-12k.

Bosch is NOT as bad as I make them to be, but for the same price for Bosch and NGK, NGK is the better buy.

I'm not in the mood to be typing a lot of techy stuff, so someone else can chime in if they feel like it. Denso does a pretty good job of describing a plugs functions (maybe sided on their site though

) just google it and learn. Then decide for yourself.
