If there are any Zilvia members in the UK that have an S14 (like dave2u:)) I would like to ask a small favor of you. I need to find out some facts about your headlights. First of all, they are glass housings, correct? Also, what bulb type does it use for low beam and what kind for high beam? I was also wondering if you could take some detailed photos of your headlights to send to me. I would like to get some close up photos of the lights to examine. I'm putting together the group deal for the Eurospecs, and I want to get some more facts on the lights. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

the H3 bulb is a bit different than what we have in the US, I hear that our H3 is easily modified to work.

I live in Belgium and I also have a Eurospec S14.

Yes the housing is made of glass and we use both H4 and H3 bulbs... but I have to check to be sure.

Please do check...I'd like to know how it works...I've heard somewhere that the lowbeam uses an H1 like our '97-'98, but I don't think that's correct.

ok I've got my manual in front of me...

It says...

Inside (high beam) 55W H3
Outside (High beam/Low beam) 60/55W H4

Ahh...okay. Would you happen to have access to a scanner, or a digital camera? I would like to see the page from the manual, as well as a pic of where the H3 bulbs plug into the headlight housing. Here we use 9005's for the high beams. Thanks!

Thanks for the pics man...I need to figure out how to wire the H3's up for the high beam when we get the Eurospec lamps over here. I emailed you asking you some more questions. I guess I'll wait to hear back from you. Thanks again!

What do you mean? Modified US housings to fit HB3? I forgot what HB3 was....HB BS...:) Is HB3=9005? IIRC, I thought HB3 is a H4? Shiet...I don't remember...

BTW dave and teamcapsule...any word on those pics? Sorry to be pushy...:)
