S14 rear camber/toe alignment question

I think I know the answer to this but...if I foolishly brought my car in for alignment asking for "max" rear negative camber and zero toe, can I change this back to a more reasonable setting myself using the eccentric bolt without screwing up the toe?

I didn't know S14 could go -2.9 or MORE with just stock arms and using the eccentric bolt! I guess lowering the car, on coilovers in my case, causes increased camber too.

I don't fee like paying $80 just to do the rear, which is what they quoted. The original job was $100 at Auto Innovations, Milpitas.
