This is an SUPER RARE OEM JDM Optional S14 Rear Window Shade. This was a factory option in Japan and goes inside the rear window. This particular one doesn't have the cutout for the rear wiper. I personally haven't seen another one of these for sale ever and they are extremely hard to find.

This example does have a few defects. A clip is broke on the top and one is missing. I don't think it has an effect on being securly mounted in the rear window. The D pillars, speaker cover and headliner plastic hold the entire shade in place. It has a large portion in the middle of the screen where some of the "shade" has been cleaned and wiped away. This isn't really noticeable once installed.
