i got the 2nd link already. but fuck..there still shit that the programs wont pick up!! like this stupid "MySearch" bar and "PerfectNav" shit...i tried to delete the MySearch and PerfectNav..but then it says access denined

also..i cant change my IE homepage no more!! everytime i change it to Hotmail as home..it changes back to

C:\WINDOWS\secure.html

that shit..pisses me off.

is there any way u can completely remove all the spyware?

not all things deal with porn tho...the MySearch thing juss came outta nowhere and MySearch is a browser that uses other peoples search engine like google, yahoo etc etc

Please follow the instructions below if you would like to remove PerfectNav manually. Please notice that you must follow the instructions very carefully and delete everything that is mentioned. If PerfectNav remains on your system after stepping through the removal instructions, please double-check by stepping through them again.
1 Start the registry editor. This is done by clicking Start then Run. (The Run dialog will appear.) Type regedit and click OK. (The registry editor will open.)

14 In Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Internet Options.
15 Click the Programs tab -> Reset Web Settings.

go here computercops.biz read up. a lot of useful info they helped me get rid of a lot of toolbars and othr crap that i couldn't get rid of, but yea like dvdevo said, dl hijack this and then post ur hijack this log on the hijack this forum.

PerfectNav usually installs itself when you install Kazaa along w/ Gator

When a file says "Access Denied" when you try to delete it, it's typically b/c the file is in use b/c a program is running that uses it.

You have to figure out which "Process" is running that is using it, and stop the process. If you can't, boot into "Safe Mode" and delete away..

I just dled AATools the other day, its really good, registry cleaner, as well has shows what boots up and thier target file area etc.

Geez I think its time to reformat for me anyways.. after alot of tweaking and stuff to your computer (plus overclocking) stuff becomes sorta buggy after time. I hate it since i have 56k and usually have to dl everything over again.

Create a "Downloads" folder on your hard drive, and make sure you always "Save As" when you down load, and save the installs to that folder. That way when you need to reformat, you just re-install from your hard drive again.

SilviaDriver - Safe mode disables all non essential process, so you "should" be able to delete any of that stuff.
