Need some help adjusting my coilovers

Hi people I need help adjusting my HKS coilovers. Man this is being a bitch to find out how to adjust these JDM coilovers. None of these are on the US website so I am like doomed unless I find someone that can read japanese. THe model is the HKS hipermax pro pfr. Here is a picture of it. And it's 32 ways adjustable. The height was not a problem but the stiffness is really weird. When I push down the rear of my car and let go, it would jump up and down a couple time before it settles, i mean was the shock blown? I only heard this happening when the shock blows but these coilovers seems to be in pretty good condition. (I brought them used.) Anyhow, Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Remember how in the other thread when you said you got those coilovers for $850 new. I didn't know they were used. Now that I know this, you got ripped off BIG TIME. Used coilovers are worth jack shit if you don't know anything about how they were used or if they are blown.

Tighten up the dampening and see if it still bounces. If it does, those things are worth $250 at best.

Anyone in the bay area knows good about suspension? Cause it's actually weird, cause it's very hard to push down, and it comes up and shakes from side to side. I think i am doing something wrong trying to push it. Anyways if it is blown I think r-crew can give me my money back. R-crew is pretty reputable around the bay area.

So does anyone know how to adjust those??????????????????
I think I am gonna try to put them on most stiff then try to see if they shakes. So far it moves from side to side and front and back but not really up and down... It is actually really hard to push them down. If someone around San Francisco or Daly City can take a look at them, it will be greatly appreciated. I can even buy you lunch

Bring it back to Dan and I'm sure he could help you. Oh yeah, I was told that they chucked your bumper, sorry.

Yea I brought them back to Dan and he adjusted the sitting for me. Turned out one side was on all the way stiff and the other was on all way soft so it kinda creates a tilting effect. Funny how Dan was like, "So you were talking shit about my coilovers online?" I was like Noo... I said you guys were reputable and stuff... Lol... Anyways right now the rear is making a sqeeking sound of some kind and Dan said it might be the busing or the left rear suspension was installed incorrectly.

take off coilover from car (the one in questoin)
remove upper plates and spring
now you are looking at shock only
push down on shock piston
if it comes up (slowly usually) it is ok (most likely)
if it stays down, its blown

that's the easy to test it
