Are the toqure specs different for the cs pulleys? The torque spec is 101ft lbs and I can't get that out of the cs ones without it binding against the alternator. Any ideas on how tight I should make it?

Dude, put it on there as tight as you can get it without messing stuff up. 101 ft/lbs IMO seems a bit excessive.
