What kind of gas mileage are you getting in your 240sx stock or not?

Hey guys, I'm about to do a cross country trip, Daytona Beach FL to Los Angeles CA and I'm curious what kind of mileage everyone is getting.

During 3.5 hour drives, almost all highway I see around 25mpg while doing 85ish. I get about 20-23 around town, depending on if I use the AC a lot or not (a lot right now since it feels like hell here in FL). Engine is a bone stock ka24de with 127k miles, did a minor tune up about 20k miles ago (spark plugs, cap rotor, belts, water pump, front oil seal) but that's really about it.

Those numbers were with my stock 4 lug 205/60/15 tires, I've since moved up to 245/40/17 and that does affect it a little.

During my trip, I want to do a full tank with AC on and with AC off to see what the difference is. have a new compressor so the pulley loss hopefully isn't that bad.

I'll also try variable speeds like 70mph compared to the 85mph, and I'll do the headlights up and headlights down to see if that makes a difference as well. If you think of any other ways to test is let me know.

Lastly, car is auto at the moment, but I will swap a 5 speed in while in CA and I will check what kind of mileage I get after that.

I'm doing this all because I'll be bored as fuck along the trip, and searching zilvia I actually didn't see any threads like this. please correct me if I'm wrong.

So what are your guys' setup and what kind of mpgs do you get?
