1. There were no 4-lug TII wheels. Only base model S4's(86-88) were 4 lug. The lug patterns are 4x114.3 and 5x114.3.

2. The center bore on RX-7 wheels is too small for the 240SX hubs, therefore, the wheels will not fit.

Unless you bore the center a few mm's, no they won't fit.

How hard would it be to bore the center out a few mm's? or how much would it cost to get done?

Boring out the center of a wheel seems like a pain in the ass. I suppose you could use a dremel with a carbide bit, but it would be hard to get it uniform. What wheels are these anyway? Because the only 4 lug FC wheel I can think of is the phone dial looking one and that wheel is 14x5.5".

Well, if it isn't a stock Mazda wheel, you should test fit it because chances are the center bore would fit the 240 hub.

Any machine shop with a CNC machine can bore the center of a wheel out. You'd need it at least 66.1mm for a Nissan center bore.
