I have a few options for you

GT2860RS CHRA - $700 shipped - has new piston rings (oil seals) - will need a balance ($50) - I also have a new turbine housing/you will just need a comp housing ($225 extra)

GT2860RS Turbo - $1000 shipped - fully rebuilt - will need a balance ($50) - has higger boost wastegate - GT2560R style compressor housing

HKS GT2510 Turbo - Fully rebuilt - Upgraded to basically a GT2560R - comp housing was machined for the GT2860RS compressor wheel and a GT2860RS turbine housing and wheel were used - bot wheels are new will need a balance ($50) $1000 shipped

I have bigger and smaller turbo as well - LMK [email protected]
