SR Downshifting oil burning smell S14 SR20DET?

Wondering what could cause this I changed all the gaskets on turbo lines. When I downshift and only when I downshift and ride down the RPMS I get this smell of burning oil. Turbo makes no weird noises spools fine doesn't smoke at all!

Anyone got any ideas only when I go into vaccum and ride down the RPMS will this smell appear. Car runs 100% no breaking up, no bad idle it runs PERFECT boost perfectly as well. Wondering if it could be a bad line or something?

Yes I do just made one a few days ago.

I replaced the turbo drain line gasket few weeks ago wondering if it didn't tighten down good enough felt like cheap bolts didn't want to snap them off....

that's when the motor is pulling the most vacuum so it's likely your rings or valve seals are worn.

with a compression and leakdown test. The smell is also compounded by the exhaust gasses not being evacuated properly because there is no combustion to push them out like there would be when you are on the accelerator. The smell will then sort of build and sit behind the car and as you slow down enter the cabin, make sense? Some amount is "normal" if you don't have an original exhaust system.
