WTB S13/S14 Project: DMV Area

Looking to buy myself a '89-93 S13 or '94 S14 project in the next couple of weeks to get started on my first proper build of hopefully many builds to come. I plan to do this for a living when I get out of college and after automotive school when I can start my own shop so, I've got to start somewhere and start soon.

Looking for a rust free (or relatively rust free) coupe/hatch in the DC/MD/VA area, I'll even stretch my search to some southern PA. The cleaner the better. Bonus points if it's from MD and has a clean MD title.

A shell would be cool; pig nose/slant nose/kouki/zenki whatever, it doesn't matter. Can also be stock as f*ck (kind of preferred, actually).

I'll also consider a complete 5spd car that does/doesn't run or an automatic one that does.

I don't want a basket case nor do I want to finish your swapped project for you. I've got my own plans of what I want to do with the car and I just want a good basis.
